Whether you need a break from finishing taxes or want to find new ways to get out there and enjoy springtime, Marquette at Willow Crossing Apartments has got you covered. Today we present three April events that are certain to spice up your calendar.
Yoga at Pollyanna – April 18
What better way to start off the morning than some invigorating yoga? Pollyanna Brewing Company invites yoga enthusiasts of all levels of experience to this welcoming hour-long class. Local instructor Kaitlin Kulovitz will lead you in a refreshing exercise and you can cool down afterward with a refreshing complimentary beer of your choosing. Yoga mats and water bottles, however, are not provided.
Axeplosion – April 18
Who hasn’t seen those axe-throwing videos and wanted to try it out in a safe environment? Axeplosion is here to answer your call. Trained experts will demonstrate the basics and guide you the whole way so it’s all of the fun and none of the danger. In less than 15 minutes you can be wielding axes against targets like the pros and competing with your buddies. This is a one-of-a-kind event so spots are limited. Be sure to grab your ticket early.
A Night at the Improv – April 18
There’s nothing like improv with talented comedians. The Midwestern University Improv Troupe is a student-led annual intramural for the best improv in the region. What’s the secret ingredient? You! Audience participation is the key that makes Night at the Improv. If you’ve ever seen “Whose Line is it Anyway” or Second City, then you know you’re in for a treat. Admission is free but tickets are still required.
The best part is that although these April events all take place on the 18th, none of these events overlap. You can enjoy one, two, or all three. However, all events this spring are highly subject to change. Check with these organizations for delays or cancellations. Countless more opportunities just like them await you at Marquette at Willow Crossing Apartments. For more information or to schedule a tour, contact us today.Back to all posts
